Step 1. - APPLY FOR A PUPPY
Contact us via our “Apply Now “ tab below and ask for our application form. We will then send you more details and our Application form.
Fill this in and return to us via email : info@kooroorabaygroodles.com so you can join our PRIORITY NOTICE WAITLIST and we will notify you when our pregnancy is confirmed & when a litter is born.
Step 2. - SOCIAL MEDIA UPDATES
We encourage you to Like and Follow our Facebook and Instagram pages where you can see each litter as they grow.
Step 3. - NOTIFICATION TO SECURE A PUPPY
We will call you and chat to ensure we are on the same page as far as what you are looking for in a puppy, confirm your preferences and family dynamics to ensure we get you the right personality fit for you family.
If there is a pup or pups in the current litter that fits your preference of sex, colour, coat we will then notify you and if timing is right for you then we do a video chat on that litter so that you can see the pups and mum for your own security before asking you to place an Application Fee deposit to secure a pup position on that litter.
If your are then happy to that point, you can then place your application fee securing deposit of $1000.
Step 4. - LITTER GROUP REGULAR UPDATES
We add you to our “Litter group UPDATES” for regular photo & videos of pups from birth and as they grow.
This is of the whole litter not just individual pups.
NOTE: FOR YOUR SECURITY - We will ALWAYS do a Video Connect Chat so you can see the current litter and pups you are looking at adopting PRIOR to asking you to place your application fee securing deposit.

WE WILL NOT ASK YOU TO PAY AN APPLICATION FEE DEPOSIT TO SECURE A PUP WITHOUT DOING A LIVE VIDEO CHAT FIRST.
Step 5. - PUPPY MATCHING DAYS
At 6wks old puppy matching days are held, when we encourage you to visit in person and sit with us for a timeslot Appointment to meet pups that fit your application preferences (1-3 Pups depending on preference) and you choose the pup thats' personality best fits with you family dynamic and that you are happy with your choice of pup. You will also meet us and parent dogs at this time.
Where this is not possible logistically we will do another Video chat and go through the personalities of the pups on your short list.
Final payment is required at this point when choice of pup is confirmed - we do NOT offer payment plans beyond this point.
Step 6. - VET HEALTH CHECK DAY
At 7wks old Pups have “Vet Day” including thorough health checks, microchip, 1st C3 Vaccination, desexing (or Hormone sterilisation @addition cost) and lots of love and attention from Dr Martin Strong and his staff at Motto Farm Veterinary Hospital , Heatherbrea.
Step 8. GOTCHA PUPPY GO HOME DAYS
Step 7. FINAL PAPERWORK & RED TAPE
GOTCHA DAY - when pups go home is generally at 8-9wks old.
FREE 30Day Pet Insurance is applied to upon collection - OPTIONAL
You collect your pup to take then home (OR they are transported as preorganised) .
NOTE: Delayed collection is @ additional boarding costs
Gotcha Day Appointment is confirmed with Transport and flights organised (if required @ additional costs)
Final Transfer paperwork is emailed for signing..
Step 10. YOUR PUPPY IS SETTLED AND YOU ARE ON NEW ADVENTURES TOGETHER
Step 9. ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR PUPPY HOME
Once pup is settled and your are getting back into your regular routine we then organise the Final online transfer to be completed . This is generally 1-2wks after pup is home and settled.
Once you have your puppy home we are there for you with Ongoing 24/7 support available for the rest of your pups life.
