When you join our priority waitlist and /or purchasing a puppy/dog from us in paying your Application fee Deposit you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions as below.

 
 

There is a $1000.00 NON Refundable Application fee payable on joining priority waitlist and/or upon purchasing a puppy or dog from us.

The puppy is sold as a pet and will come with a Health check from our licenced veterinarian and guarantee that the puppy is healthy (with the exception of parasites) at the time of sale and handover.  The puppy is also guaranteed for 12months of any known and proven Genetic Life Threatening Illnesses that the parents have not been able to be screened for as test unavailable. The Breeder requires the puppy to be seen by a licenced veterinarian within 1 weeks of receiving the pup for guarantee to be effective to be done at the buyers expense.

NOTE: Receipt confirmation from Veterinary Clinic on their official Letterhead, identifying the pup/dog by microchip number from examining Veterinarian and signed is to be forwarded to the breeder within 4 days of seeing the puppy by Licenced Veterinarian for our records.

The breeder assumes absolutely NO responsibility for fees associated with caring for the puppy/dog.   NO other Guarantees are given.

In the event of requesting the guarantee, the buyer MUST request a written statement from their Vet, on official letterhead stationery and signed by the Vet for our records. It must state the genetic health problem and include a full description of the symptoms the puppy is presenting with, that support his/her opinion and pups identity Microchip MUST be verified by the Vet preforming the exam.  It will need to be proven that it is a genetic fault through a necropsy or other DNA testing preformed at the Buyers cost to validate this guarantee. The Breeder is NOT responsible for any vet fees or treatment costs, nor any cost related to anything brought on by the stress of going to a new home, transport costs and any other expense relating to the puppy.

The Buyer must notify the Breeder within 24 hours of initial examination, to make a claim. The Breeder reserves the right to a second opinion, at the Breeders Expense however if the cause of sickness or death is caused from outside force the Buyer is responsible for the cost.

The Original Puppy must be returned along with all original paperwork. The Buyer then agrees to fill out all necessary ownership forms to return ownership of the puppy to Breeder. If the buyer qualifies for a replacement puppy, the Breeder will provide a NEW puppy of equal value if one is available, or from the next available litter. If the Buyer chooses a puppy of greater value then the Buyer is responsible to pay the difference.

NOTE:  It is the BUYERS responsibility to keep the Puppy package and registration paper in a safe place and NOT throw them out and return to the Breeder if puppy/dog is returned.

The Buyer agrees to provide a lifelong commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, routine veterinary care, proper grooming and responsible care for the puppy/dog. This includes keeping the puppy/dog parasite free and up to date with inoculations, proper nutrition which consists of good quality professional feed given at regular intervals and fresh water available at all times. The Buyer guarantees to provide a safe environment for the dog and never allow the dog to roam freely without proper fencing or supervision. The Buyer will assume any further medical and legal costs involved in caring and maintaining the puppy as of the day of purchase.

The Buyer agrees that they understand that the Breeder is NOT responsible for the Buyers actions and/or decision making in regards to the Puppy’s care, including any medical care or procedures, legal issues, or anything effecting this puppy once it leaves the Breeders hands of care. The Breeder in NOT liable for any costs that result from the Buyers actions or choices.

The Buyer agrees to email the Breeder details of weight, height to shoulder and a digital quality photo of the Puppy at 6mths and 1 year of age, to guarantee the Puppy’s Health and so the Breeder can use the photo for advertising purposes, with no rights to the Buyer.

The Puppy is a Crossbreed and will be registered with NSW Companion Animals Register. Registration papers are provided at time of hand over (or via email) it is up to the Buyer to transfer these into their Name and Register the Puppy with their Local Council within 8weeks of handover of puppy.

If at any time the Buyer can no longer retain possession of the puppy/dog, the Breeder is to be notified and it is the Breeder has right to resume ownership of the dog and have it returned to the Breeder with all paperwork in order for rehoming. The Breeder reserves the right to approve or prohibit any transfer of this dog to a third party. Under NO circumstances will this dog be sold, leased, traded or given away to any third party including pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter or similar facility. In this instance there is NO REFUND of Sale Price but the Breeder will help facilitate the sale if required a boarding fee will be charged and deducted from sale for time pup/dog remains in the Breeders care whilst searching for new home. All transport to the breeder is at the buyers expense.

If the puppy is returned within the first 7days after purchase and taking the pup home, a refund of the purchase price LESS the $1000.00 NON refundable Application fee will be given. It is the Buyers responsabilty to return the pup to the breeder in same good health as when the pup left the Breeder. All transport to the breeder is at the buyers expense. The pup will be quarantined when returned for 5 days to ensure it is healthy and all documents and ownership transfer will need to be given back to the Breeder before refund will be transffered via Bank Transfer.
